Margaret Sanger delivered this speech at the Schenley Hotel in Pittsburgh at a meeting sponsored by the Allegheny Birth Control League. No complete version of the speech was found.

Sanger's speech, delivered on December 3, 1925, was not found; newspaper coverage was used instead. The last paragraph, regarding unrelated upcoming events, was not included.

Notes on speech to the Bryn Mawr College Liberal Club. A final version was not found. Portions of these notes were also used in Sanger's "The Necessity of Birth Control,"" Dec. 19, 1928.

A short biographical introduction of Sanger was omitted by the MSPP editors.
